Homeless and umemployed with facial wasting

I am currently homeless and unemployed and am able to prove it. Does this mean that Dr.Pierone can correct my facial wasting for low or no cost?

Yes. If you qualify for the patient assistance program and can get to Vero Beach I would be happy to treat you at no or low cost based on our sliding scale fee schedule.
Income Per Year:
Less than $10,000 - no charge treatment will be performed at office visit
$10,000 - $20,000 $150.00 per treatment
$20,000-$30,000- $250.00 per treatment
$30,000-$40,000- $350.00 per treatment
Greater than $40,000 yearly- $400.00 per treatment
